By accessing our website or downloading, installing, or registering an account on the UTONIO mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your territory) to use UTONIO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using UTONIO, you agree NOT to:

• Upload, store, share, or broadcast content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, trojans, or automated scripts intended to interfere with service operations.
• Store or distribute illegal, sexually explicit, defamatory, harassing, or violent materials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access non-public APIs of the UTONIO platform.
• Exploit reward or achievement mechanisms through automated scripts or fraudulent methods.

4. Uploaded Content & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any personal files, media, and documents that you upload into your private cloud. You grant UTONIO a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, cache, compress, and transmit your files to enable cloud synchronization and sharing per your instructions.

5. Creator Content & Publishing Responsibilities

Creators who publish episodic series, audio, or video onto public discovery channels warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and clearances for music, talent, and visual assets included. UTONIO reserves the right to unpublish any series subject to valid DMCA or copyright notices.

6. File Sharing & Public Visibility

You are solely responsible for recipients and external viewers when sharing files via public or password-protected links.UTONIO does not monitor private shared links but reserves the right to disable links reported for distributing malware, copyright infringement, or prohibited material.

7. Subscriptions, Tiers & Payments (When Applicable)

Optional tiered plans (such as UTONIO Pro, Ultra, or Blaze) may be offered upon mobile app rollout. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal, and cancellation policies will be transparently outlined during in-app checkout via authorized app store billing (Google Play / Apple App Store).

8. Rewards, Points & Achievements

Reward points, badges, task streaks, and community leaderboards are non-monetary promotional features designed to encourage engagement. Points hold no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for fiat currency, and may be adjusted or retired at platform discretion.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service availability, but we do not warrant that UTONIO will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance, modify system features, or update client apps to improve security and performance.

10. Content Removal & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access to users who violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in activity that poses operational risk or legal exposure to UTONIO or other users.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform and informational website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTONIO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized account access.
